Maria discovered the inherent value of a considered nutritional approach 15 years ago.

“When I had children there seemed to be a lack of “Nutritional Support” above the basics.

“I wanted to thrive and there seemed very little information out there to do this, so I studied and qualified myself”

Maria  is a passionate health and fitness advocate, with 15 years of experience in nutrition. Also a certified health coach, Maria specialises in helping individuals reverse health issues and achieve their optimal well-being.

With a deep commitment to empowering others, Maria  is dedicated to guiding clients toward their personal best through personalised nutrition plans, lifestyle coaching, and unwavering support.

For the young

Younger children show how happy they are when they have a good Healthy diet and regular exercise, I myself have seen the difference in my own children when they have not had enough sleep and maybe attended an event with food they normally would not eat, they are different in their behaviour.

This is not to say they can never have junk food, it is all about maintaining a good balance and teaching good nutrition.

The Older Adult

The same happens when we are older and we ourselves eat food that is processed and full of sugar and salt we eventually act differently and will look different. Eyes do not shine so bright, skin is not as clear and hair not as shiny. Energy levels fall.

It is never too late to enjoy a healthy balanced diet and reap the benefits no matter what the age.

Maria’s recently qualified as a children’s personal trainer for indoors and outdoor activities. All children 5-15 years

DNA TESTING

Maria works closely with Omnos, to help clients gain better knowledge of their individual health through genetic testing.

Maria started working with Sammy Satsuma, an interactive children’s adventure book, teaching children all about healthy eating through fun characters.

Maria Writes the nutrition corner and wellness pages for this fun  project.

Maria is available to present talks on health and nutrition and regularly delivers these to professional organisations. Women’s health talks are particularly popular.

Mental health talks and explaining how our diet affects our moods is Maria’s passion, She has been part of the Mental health awareness week and gave talks to coutts bank on this very subject.

Maria’s given talks at local gyms, fitness studios, mother and baby groups on how best to obtain peak fitness through adapting your diet to your lifestyle.
