TURMERIC BALLS!
Made for everyone but great for people suffering from inflammation in the body.
Ingredients
2tsp turmeric powder
One scoop protein powder
Three tbsp Manuka honey (Maple syrup is also lovely here)
Black pepper (I used 1/4 tsp ) Black pepper makes turmeric more bio-available so to us mortals it means we can absorb the turmeric benefits more adequately.
Water to make them stick if needed (Lemon juice is also good)
2oo g almond flour
2 tbsp nut butter (I used almond)
Mix together and form into little balls and freeze for two hours:) I keep in the freezer though as we like them
