First of all thank you for requesting a copy of the cheat sheet. I call it a cheat sheet because it’s a way of increasing the energy from food but in a way you may not have heard of.
TIP ONE
Did you know if you have a meal with spinach and/or greens, broccoli for example you can increase the iron from that food by having vitamin C before the meal.
YEP energy increase as iron increases the energy in the body.

Black pepper is a potentiator for foods, this means that any food you add black pepper too will become more absorbable.
Yep black pepper with turmeric will take down inflammation in the body, inflammation is the cause of weight problems and many health ailments.

Get healthy !
If you are on a low carb diet high protein diet then the below options are foods to eat weekly.
Avocado/coconut oil/olives and grassfed kerry gold butter should always be used to add extra fat to a healthy diet.
THEY ARE HEALTHY FATS AFTER ALL>
1/Salmon (ANY) sliced/smoked/poached/pieces.
2/Cooked prawns
3/Boneless mackerel
4/Rainbow Trout
All rich in omega 3
Lean meats to include weekly
1/Chicken
2/Turkey
3/Ham as long as it’s quality ham
Add in cottage cheese for extra protein to a weekly plan.
ABOVE ALL ADD IN THOSE GREENS
At this time of year keep it seasonal too then you can maximise on the nutrients…..
