ACAI BERRY BLASTER SHAKE
Why is this shake so special
Shakes are such great way to combine convenience and speed, this shake is one of my favourites and the sprinkles are optional. Its an energy booster and is delicious and natural.
1. Clear spring Silken Tofu: 1/2 Packet
- High-Quality Plant-Based Protein: silken tofu is an excellent source of complete protein, containing all essential amino acids. This supports muscle growth, repair, and overall body function.
