How do you increase your energy?
1/Check your diet
Have a look at what you have eaten in the last 48 hours. Would you fuel a body on that? Have you given it enough good healthy nutrients, so that it can thrive? Are you eating too much in the way of processed foods. Do you have the right balance of macro nutrients? Carbs/ fats /proteins
Do you know ho many calories a day you actually need for your individual self?
2/Hydration
Have you consumed enough in the way of fluids over the last 48 hours? Alcohol does not count people! Tea and coffee dehydrate you, but if you are clever you won’t have to give up either. Yes Coffee and Tea can be good for you if taken at the right time and in the right way.

3/Exercise
Have you worked your body out in the last 48 hours? What you give, you get back. It is true, you could increase your energy by 20% while decreasing fatigue by as much as 65% by simply participating in regular, low-intensity exercise. Starting by taking a brisk walk at lunchtime. This is something that can improve the rest of your day, also improving your general overall mood and health.
4/Manage Stress
Yes I know that this one is easier said than done. The brain changes in response to experiences and the environment you are in. Simply put severe stress and depression increase your risk of early death.
5/Sleep
Something all of us under rate. Nothing works with out adequate sleep. Read this blog to see if you are getting enough sleep.
