Welcome December 2024
Festive Fun !
Happy Holidays, Health Warriors!
The festive season is upon us, a time of joy, cheer, and…indulgence. We all know the drill: delicious treats, cozy nights in, and a few too many glasses of bubbly. While it’s important to enjoy the festivities, it’s equally important to take care of ourselves.
Don’t Sacrifice Your Health This Holiday Season!
Let’s face it, the holiday season can wreak havoc on our health goals. But fear not, health heroes! Here are 3 simple hacks to stay on top of your game:
1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!
- Pimp Your Water: Add some festive flair to your hydration routine with fruit-infused water. Sliced oranges, cranberries, or a sprig of rosemary can transform plain water into a delicious and refreshing drink.
- Chia Seed Magic: Sprinkle a spoonful of chia seeds into your water for a fiber-packed boost. These tiny seeds absorb water, creating a satisfying gel that keeps you feeling full and hydrated.
- Hydration Hacks: Hydration sachets are a convenient way to boost your water intake with vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes.

2. Tap into Your Inner Power
Tapping, or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful tool for boosting energy and reducing stress. By tapping on specific acupressure points, you can release negative emotions and reprogram your mind for success. Check out my post on tapping on instagram by scanning the QR code below….
3. Love Your Liver
Your liver works hard to detoxify your body, especially during the holiday season. Support its function with milk thistle, a natural herb that helps protect liver cells and promote liver health. Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning.
Remember, small changes can lead to big results. By incorporating these simple tips into your daily routine, you can enjoy the holiday season without sacrificing your health.
Maybe try a liver repair juice
Beetroot juice is a great way to detox your liver and improve its function. Beetroots are high in antioxidants and help to cleanse the blood. They also promote healthy liver function by helping to break down toxins. Try adding some beet juice to your diet for better liver health.
LIVER JUICE
1 beetroot, scrubbed
One handful of greens, washed (dandelion greens or rocket leaves are very good for the liver if you are ok with the bitter taste)
1 apple
1 cucumber, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
Juice all of these together
Stay tuned for more health tips, tricks and recipes in the new year!
Wishing you a healthy and happy holiday season!
