Welcome back
This morning we managed as a family to all sit down and have breakfast. This is not a usual habit unfortunately, but it is something we aim for a few times a week.
Day Two
Breakfast
Protein Pancakes
Pea protein x two tbsp
Eggs organic free range x two
500 ml of Oat milk (you can use what milk you choose but non dairy is better)
Two tbsp flour (we used peanut flour but you can use what you prefer)
Nut butter/banana/agave syrup all used for topping, again choose your topping.
Sprinkled with chopped almonds too, but optional.
I took the dog and kids for a walk before school because they have so much energy.
During our walk, I lost Luca or so I thought and went into a mad panic. He was inside the skate ramp happily playing 😖 Oblivious when I started shouting that he shouldn’t run off like that, his reply “I was just there playing, why are you angry” I replied “I don’t know”
After that I picked up after Nala and there was a hole in the poo bag, 💩 yep that has happened before and nope I haven’t learnt to use different bags.😂
Nala then found another dog to play with and they rolled in fox poo together. The other dog did it twice:(
kind of proud Nala only did it once. 👏👍
Almost smug
The car ride to school was then calm but very smelly😂
All dropped off and now off to the gym before my day starts💪 Nala is at home on her bed sulking because she had a wash.
