This is just what I have learnt in 2017 and I wanted to pass it on to you all.
I have had an eventful December, lots of laughter but my fair share of tears and frustration too. I have learnt that we have no control over what future is laid out for us but here is my top 20:)
Allow me to share with you.
x
1/Always say what you feel or you may never get the chance again.
2/Treasure the “Fun” moments in life.
3/Make more “Fun” moments in life by being present in the now.
4/Pull the blinds down when “Throwing shapes” in your pj’s and bunny slippers.
5/Always smile at others and expect nothing back.
6/Do something that scares you.
7/Don’t put off what you can do now until tomorrow.
8/Tomorrow is not promised to anyone.
9/Make memories and take pictures all the time.
10/Write down good memories and put them in a jar to read out at christmas 2018.
11/Never wash your dog in your spare rooms ensuite while people are staying, (Even if you think they are out) Especially if the dog has rolled in Fox Poo.
12/Live live live, but eat healthy and exercise 80% of the time. You only get one life.
13/Meditate it will quiet your mind and strengthen you for any curve balls that may come your way.
14/Laugh every day and find something to make others laugh with you.
15/Do something for charity.
16/ Try some sort of natural healing, like reiki, I did over the December period and it was amazing. (Personal choice of course)
17/Always explain to children with plenty of notice that sometimes “Santa” doesn’t get exactly what is on the list as elves run out of materials just like shops do.
18/Never buy presents early and brag about the fact you have been “Wrapped and ready since mid october”, this is because children grow in december and clothes fail to fit come christmas day:(
19/Be honest and sincere, unless anyone asks who ate the last chocolate lindor ball, then lie lie lie.
20/ Last one, this is my favourite, love like you never have before and laugh and show your gratitude daily, even if it’s just for hot water in the morning.
My most important lesson learnt though, no matter what happens in terms of your health, you can’t beat a common cold effectively if you are not nourishing yourself properly.
PLEASE NOTE……Simple advice coming
Avoid processed foods
Cut back on sugar
Exercise regularly
Maintain a healthy weight
It is that simple, it isn’t a cure for the more serious illnesses but it will keep you strong and help you feel positive and healthy through 2018.
PS. Throw some shapes
Have a great day
