Well, I believe your health should always be your “Number One” priority. In my  opinion nothing is more important than that.
The necessity of taking time out for yourself is part of that number one priority just mentioned. If you are not rejuvenated, relaxed and revived then how can you perform at your highest level.
We all want to perform at our highest level on the highest vibration don’t we? But somehow we put our needs and musts at the bottom of this virtual pile.

How many of us return from a break only to feel the need for another just to get over the break we just had. Strange but true and happens to so many people.

The culprits are over indulgence, little to no exercise or movement, sleeping more and staying up later, drinking more than the usual amount of alcohol/fizzy drinks and so on.

The sugar intake is higher and some of us come back more lethargic due to the inability to break down the amount of food we have consumed and the type of food.
