Fancy a drink?
This was our “wake up shake” this morning. I made myself and hubby a shake which was full of goodness and would set us up for the day ahead.
2 tbsp pea protein powder (Use what you are used too)
400ml Oat milk
150 ml filter water
1 tsp Mixed greens powder I use chlorella, spirulina.
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Whizz until smooth then garnish with hemp hearts and coconut sugar.
All ingredients available from Sainsbury’s apart from the pea protein powder.
This shake is easy to do and filling and can be used as part of a weight loss plan. We used it for convenience as we are just about to walk the dog with our kids.
Although she won’t need the hat this morning as its super mild still:)
