GLOW-UP

Glow up

Appearance, no-one warned you that you have to not only perform at your best, look good, stay healthy, balanced and above all happy, but with no excuses not to glow up!

OK, so that may be exaggerated, but it’s a huge pressure to look and feel your best and be heard in the workplace right?

You want to be heard for your work and not your appearance. I get it, but like it or not we love to feel good about ourselves as human beings. Nothing wrong with that. So, what can you do to look your best?

This is a no make up, no spa, no procedure cheat sheet, all my tips feed the beauty within. Basics will always win, they are the best place to start.

As with anything, there are quick fixes that are short lasting, or there are the habits that take a little longer, but give more lasting results. If you want  minimum fuss maximum results.

1/Hydrate, easy and a sure fast way to looking your best. The most boring, but also the most effective. Start on a glass of clean fluid per day more than you are having now. This shows a difference in a week. There are Some amazing juices just for the skin. (Link to test another freebie from my cook book at the bottom of the page)

2/Omega 3, Avocado, oily fish, walnuts, sunflower seeds, olive oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, grass fed butter,

Healthy fats feed the skin, make sure you get these in your diet.

3/Rainbow-food, Eat the colours of the rainbow on your plate at meal times and you will reap the benefits of different nutrients needed. Easy but even half a rainbow is better than nothing.

4/Sleep. Make sure you have quality sleep, hit core or deep sleep each night and you will see the difference. It is where the magic happens.

Check our sleep sheet link at the bottom of the page

5/Skin care. Yes we all need a skin care routine day and night that you can follow, as I always say an individual women has her own recommendations for that, I know you will all have your own versions so stick to what works for you.

Limit the chemicals where you can.
